about

Hello friends! It feels like I've been doing a lot of remixes lately. Let's keep that ball rolling and hear another!
This is a remix that I've had in the background for a while. I started it at the beginning of this year and finished it over the past week. Most of it was finished finished by the end of January but I did quite a bit recently to sweeten it up. It keeps most of the original structure intact but with extended choruses for more time to rock out.

\m/ 👿 \m/

Somewhere in between January and now I got a new rap verse from Shael's brother, Devon! I threw those tasty vocals in there and, blammo!, rap magic!

Once again almost all of the synths were created by yours truly with Serum. I’ll be sure to put out some of my patches and multis in a future post. There’s a whole lot going on with drums and percussion. I may also consider doing a stream/recorded video breaking down the different layers of this one. I hope you all enjoy this one, because I really loved working on it.

lyrics

Your body is a rooster the size of a man
A cock of the walk with a coppertone tan
eDo your own dance just to see if you lost it
Stand by the road. Maybe you’ll cross it?
Never do coke. Maybe do it once.
In all things honestly. In all things nuance.
Kick, punch, block. I got some kind of flow.
M I X the mix into the zone.

I think that someday
I’ll finally get started
This track is OK
I like this hot garbage

I like this hot garbage

This shit’s gone viral

stay fed on carp and carpal tunnel syndrome. / no carpe diem, waste days, ‘cus life’s dumb.
grow out your tum-tum, like a war drum. / stay hot until you die, and, when you die, die young.
live the lie, lie young, fake it ‘til you fucked it. / buy a truck, buy the farm, uppercut the bucket.
esoteric sojourn of fortune, keep they mouths open. / pull from a deep cut, sippin’ sweet hemoglobin.
and, if the sheet’s soaking, maybe wring it out. / and, if you’re feeling viral, cover your damn mouth.
… and your nose too. it’s like I told you... / … I’m celestial. so is my whole crew.
dense soda jerks need to get their air pumps checked / my man, Angitis, be a pain up in the neck.
erect a trash fire in effigy to a hater. / garbage hot enough to burn down the incinerator.

I think that someday
I’ll finally get started
This track is OK
I like this hot garbage

I like this hot garbage

This shit’s gone viral

Listen, son, I’ll tell you what
‘Tis a sin to not be hot
Pull thy head now from thine ass
Upon the masses ye shall crash
